Adopt a Street

Humanistic Hope is proud to participate in the community through our adoption of a section of South Pacific Avenue as part of the local Adopt-a-Street program. This initiative reflects our belief that community wellness extends beyond individual health and includes creating cleaner, safer, and more welcoming spaces for everyone.

Throughout the year, Humanistic Hope volunteers organize and participate in street clean-up events along South Pacific Avenue, helping remove litter, improve the appearance of the corridor, and demonstrate community pride through service. These efforts provide opportunities for volunteers, families, youth, and community partners to work together while making a visible impact in the neighborhoods we serve.

Our Adopt-a-Street program is about more than picking up litter—it's about stewardship, civic engagement, and showing that positive change happens when people come together for a common purpose. Through these clean-up events, we continue to promote responsibility, community connection, and the belief that every action, no matter how small, can help create a stronger and healthier community.
