I acknowledge that Kids Corner Expansion is a family-focused event. By participating, I certify that my organization has appropriately screened and vetted any staff, volunteers, or representatives who will be interacting with children and families and that those individuals are authorized by our organization to participate in this event.

I understand that Kids Corner Expansion is a pilot program and that activity placement, table assignments, and schedules may be adjusted as participation grows.

I understand that my organization is responsible for providing its own activity materials, supplies, and staffing.

 I understand that the goal of Kids Corner is to provide interactive, family-friendly experiences for children and families attending the Cowlitz County Fair

I agree that all staff, volunteers, and representatives participating on behalf of my organization will conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and appropriate manner while interacting with children, youth, families, volunteers, and other participants.

 I understand that activities, materials, and interactions must be appropriate for children and families of all ages and must provide a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
