Seth McNally: Founder & CEO
Seth McNally is an accomplished nonprofit leader with more than 20 years of experience in business management, education, and community engagement. He currently serves as Business Development Director at the Kelso Longview Chamber of Commerce & CEO of Humanistic Hope
Seth has a proven track record of guiding organizations through strategic growth, program development, and fundraising success. In 2024, he helped the Children’s Discovery Museum avoid potential closure by redeveloping its foundation, expanding community partnerships, and securing more than $100,000 in fundraising support. His leadership has strengthened operations, broadened educational programming, and positioned the museum for long-term sustainability.
In addition to nonprofit leadership, Seth brings a strong background in marketing, radio advertising, and podcasting, enhancing his ability to engage audiences and advocate for community needs. He serves on multiple boards, including the Cowlitz County Historical Museum and Community Collaboration Project.

Stephanie Clark-McNally: Founder & President
Stephanie Clark-McNally is the Co-Founder and President of Humanistic Hope, a grassroots organization dedicated to harm reduction, overdose prevention, and community wellness. With more than 20 years of healthcare experience as a Medical Assistant, she combines professional expertise with lived experience to help build stronger, healthier communities.
Stephanie serves as the Cowlitz County Outreach Coordinator and Public Policy Liaison for NAMI Southwest Washington, a Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS), Volunteer Medicolegal Death Investigator for Columbia County, Relief Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Advocate, and Pacific Northwest Lead for Punk Rock Saves Lives. She is also actively involved in several local community and advocacy organizations.
Driven by a belief that every person deserves dignity, compassion, and support, Stephanie works to reduce stigma, expand access to life-saving resources, and create meaningful connections that inspire hope and positive change throughout the community.

Krystine Sims: Founder & Vice President
Krystine is currently a student with WSU Global Campus working on double-majoring in psychology and criminal justice with a focus on addiction studies along with the decriminalization of mental health conditions and homelessness. She has a background in pharmacy as she worked inpatient at St. John’s hospital here in Longview for 10 years. Krystine is also one of the founders of Humanistic Hope and volunteers with Food For Change as often as possible.

Maylee McNally: Teen Wellness Ambassador
Maylee McNally is our Teen Wellness Ambassador dedicated to promoting healthy choices, kindness, and positive community connections among youth. She is passionate about mental health awareness, peer support, and helping reduce the stigma around asking for help. Through her leadership, Maylee encourages other young people to prioritize their well-being, practice empathy, and support one another through life's challenges.
In addition to her role as a Teen Wellness Ambassador, Maylee is a certified babysitter who enjoys caring for and mentoring younger children. She has a passion for fashion, loves cooking and trying new recipes, and enjoys spending time training her dogs. Her creativity, responsibility, and positive attitude help her connect with others and serve as a role model for her peers.
Maylee believes that small actions—such as listening, including others, and speaking up when someone needs support—can make a meaningful difference in schools and communities. Through her work and personal interests, she is learning the importance of resilience, responsibility, and advocacy while helping create a culture of kindness, safety, and support for all youth. Looking toward the future, Maylee aspires to pursue a career in modeling and hopes to use that platform to inspire confidence, self-expression, and positivity in others.
